The contract articles that we mutually sign while receiving service from us are as follows.

  1. The goods, disassembly, packaging, packing, assembly and insurance will be done by our company.
  2. Insurance is included in our prices.
  3. The contract cannot be canceled after the insurance is made. Our company must be notified 24 hours in advance for a day postponement. Otherwise, the deposit received from the customer will not be returned.
  4. The employer cannot claim any legal rights for work delays not caused by our company. If there is no delay by the customer, the delivery period of your goods according to the international transportation law is 90 days. Under normal conditions, our company’s delivery period is 14 days.
  5. Our company is not responsible for money and jewelry during transportation.
  6. The safe is not included in the Piano Shipping Fee.
  7. All materials required for transportation are prepared by our company and the packaging of paintings, fragile items, vases and similar products will be prepared by our company.
  8. Customs procedures will be carried out by MSC Logistics. Customs expenses will be paid by our company. The customer is obliged to provide the necessary documents for customs in full and without any defects.
  9. The documents required for customs clearance will be sent to you in the attachment.
  10. Your belongings are transported with the assurance of Allianz Insurance.
  11. Reservations for which no deposit payment is made may be terminated by the company.
  12. Penalty clause, This contract has become valid as of the date it was concluded between the parties. In the event that the contract is terminated as of this date, except for force majeure reasons, and both parties accept and undertake to pay the 20% penalty clause of the transportation fee unconditionally.
  13. 20% VAT is not included in our prices. (There is no VAT in foreign invoices)
  14. The customer and MSC LOJİSTİK A.Ş. have agreed on the above conditions and signed this Contract.

Termination of the Contract This contract ends when MSC Logistics delivers the goods to the new address without any damage, places them as specified in this contract and leaves this address. If any damage is detected to the goods during delivery, this must be recorded in a report.
